This new self awareness will greatly improve your relationships, increase your self-esteem, and allow you to enjoy life to its fullest.

In Buddhist Symbolism, the lotus flower grows and eventually blooms out of the murky and muddy waters from where it came; rising and blooming to achieve enlightenment. It is my hope that your spirit will bloom into its most beautiful self with some guidance, compassion, and supportive therapy.
